my homemade food

the thruth is i am not superior in cooking, but i like to prepare delicious and nutritious food for my hubby n my kids. Of every meal, i try to include vegetables, tak kisahlah sup sayur ker, salad ker, timun ker, fresh cerry tomatoes ker, as long as ada sayur..tu menu wajib utk our proper meal. try it ladies and gentlemen, masukkan menu sayur dlm hidangan anda.. sihat dan berkhasiat. kulit pun akan menjadi cantik. nak kulit cantik? banyakkan makan sayur dan buah-buahan.

 my home made food for the family... hari tu ade ayam bakar, ayam goreng kunyit, pajeri nenas, menu wajib - sup sayur and my all time tempe goreng makan dgn sambal kicap. sedap sangat tak boleh nak cerita ok?


i initially not a creative person to decorate and platting food, but i start to learn serving food from masterchef malaysia programme. Thank u masterchef...  i have improved a lot!

Ni steam vege, carrot, broccoli and bunga kobis. menu mudah, cepat siap, sihat berkhasiat utk seisi keluarga.

 haa.... another me and my hubby favourite food - pau kaya, freshly steamed from my little kitchen. berjasa sungguh steamer ni.

 

 ini pula tumis sayur campur from my kitchen, kan cantik bila sayur berwarna-warni, khasiat pun pelbagai..carrot is rich with vitamin A...good for our eyes.

 the last is the superlicious carrot cake... i bake this cake several times, mmg sedap.

 

blissful friday

here are some photos that i snapped when i bring my kids to the playground the Lustgarden near our house in Wiblingen Kloster. Most of the time, i can say, everyday... owh tak juga, heheheh when i dont have class or when the weather is good, after taking their afternoon nap, i will bring both kids to play at the garden. i try as best as i can so that our kids can have a happy childhood time.

my routines

Laundry done, food for today checked - i cooked nasi with black pepper chicken n sup sayur.
housecleaning -70-30 checked, with 2 small toddlers around the house i cannot expect the house is perfectly in order la kan. todays morning i bring both ayman & azzan to the playgroup session. once we come back home, i quickly prepare lunch. now they are taking their afternoon nap, i take this opportunity to finish my class homework, busy bees mom eh?

Lps ni nak bergegas naik bas,turun bas dan tukar bas to my language school, the VH Ulm. semua sekali 2 bas yer tuan2 dan puan2 sekalian, hehehehe- My hubby will take over the duty to look after the kids while i attend deutschkurs. Thank u very much syg! he will fetch the kids in front of the school, we swap and the kids can go back home with their abah. its mommies time to learn, nak gi menimba ilmu dgn org german nih.

oh yes, i didnt bake today since we still have the leftover chocolate cake from yesterday.sekian utk hari ini. lepas kelas nak bergegas balik rumah pula utk tengok football match Germany lawan Italy. Go go Germany!

While ayman & azzan are now on afternoon nap, their mom take this opportunity to bake chocolate cake :)
 i have been on baking mode lately, starting on last week with superlicious carrot cake, apple muffin, Tiramisu and  today with chocolate cake.super rajin me this week eh??

Playgroup session

I would like to share some photos of Ayman and Azzan Playgroup session or widely known in Germany as Mutter-Kind Treffen- 

Venue: Wiblingen Tannenplatz Zentrum

Time: 9.00 - 11.30 am  (Tuesday and Thursday)
 Activities:  Playing, singing, dancing, a bit gymnastics sport, breakfast together between moms and kids, arts and crafts activities (drawings/paintings)
The kids age range between 0-4 years old before joining kindergarten

In this session, the kids can play together and moms can have breakfast and small discussion about their kids & other topics - normally there is also a session for promoting the latest Tupperware katalogue, hahahhaaaa. Most of the mothers and kids coming from German, Turkie, Russia etc. So basically we will speak Deustch.

Ayman and azzan really enjoy and like to play the train model from woods (Einsenbahn model), tractors and all the cars. The main reason i send our kids to playgroup is that they can learn on social skills. They can learn on sharing, co-operation and simple routines. At the same time kids enjoy themselves.

Since i joined the moms kids get together session like this, I am thinking to open such a playgroup session once we are back for good to Malaysia one day. Anybody interested to join?

Happy Birthday sayang

This photo was taken by my abah on our cycling trip to Bodensee.

Yesterday was my hubby's birthday. He turned 30 years old. Semoga Allah panjangkan umur, murahkan rezeki sayang selalu dan berjaya meraih Doctorate in Engineering, aminnn. Belajar rajin-rajin ok syg? Serajin yang mungkin. There is never a short cut to success.

We went for a small picnic yesterday afternoon to Friedrichsau Park, the largest green area  in Ulm along the Danube river. Perfect weather with beautiful landscape view, small lakes with ducks and swans, varieties of large green trees plus the orchestra music coming along from the restaurant in the garden, So blissful, alhamdulillah.

umi n abah are leaving Germany

My parents umi and abah will be returning back home to Kuala Lumpur tomorrow's early morning. Feeling  so sad, sedih sedih sedihhhh. i will miss them badly :(
